Transforming gas operations with maintenance-free, real-time moisture detection
In the Bab Far North Full Field Development Project, ADNOC Gas needed a state-of-the-art solution to monitor moisture levels across critical gas streams, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Experts E & I responded by delivering the Endress+Hauser SS2100i TDLAS Moisture Analyzer System, integrated with a Zone 1 compliant sample handling system and a customized three-sided shelter built to withstand harsh industrial conditions.
The system brings fast, precise, and maintenance-free moisture detection to the field, enabling real-time process control and minimizing downtime for operators. Its rugged construction and advanced diagnostics ensure consistent performance even in the most demanding environments, while the integration of the analyzer into the field infrastructure provides seamless monitoring for engineers.
The project reached a milestone with the successful completion of iFAT in April 2025, followed by the on-time shipment and deployment to the field. With this installation, Bab Far North now benefits from enhanced process reliability, operational safety, and real-time control, underscoring Experts E & I’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-performance analytical solutions for critical gas operations.
