Commercial Division

These strong alliances enable us to deliver a diverse portfolio of high-quality products and solutions spanning Flow, Analytical, Fire & Gas, Automation, Instrumentation, Calibration, and Control Valves.

Contracting Division

In our Contracting Division, we specialize in delivering Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, supported by over a decade of proven experience. Our team provides comprehensive solutions designed to maximize efficiency and cost- effectiveness across the entire project lifecycle.

Manufacturing & Integration Division

At the core, our Manufacturing & Integration Division is an ikon of commitment to precision and innovation. We design and build advanced Process Analyzer Systems and packages that measures chemical and physical properties of gas and liquid streams, supporting industries such as Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Water.

Our state-of-the-art facility, is fully equipped for comprehensive testing, calibration, and Integrated Factory Acceptance Testing (IFAT). Every system that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality and reliability, ensuring optimal performance for the most demanding applications.

Our engineers work hand-in-hand with clients, providing seamless transition from the concept to commissioning of such engineered systems. Our approach guarantees efficiency, reliability, and results that exceed expectations of our customers in every project, every time.

2010
  • Our journey took flight in 2010, marking a year of bold beginnings. Starting with just two passionate team members, we set out with a vision that continues to drive us forward.
2011
  • We earned ADNOC qualification for trading, opening doors to new opportunities.
2012
  • New strategic partnerships with Tradinco & Weel and Sandvig, expanding our commercial portfolio.
  • We also proudly received our first contract with ADNOC for PEMS, marking the beginning of many long-term collaborations and a testament to our growing reputation and reliability in the industry.
2013
  • Established strategic partnerships with BHGE and TURCK GmbH, strengthening our global collaborations.
  • Successfully executed an EPC project for Turbine and Generator upgrades with Turner Engine Control for ADNOC Jebel Dana, valued around 2.5 Million AED
2014
  • Successfully designed and built 14 loading/unloading skids, PLC, and MCC panels for a major US military project, with a total value of 8 Million AED, demonstrating our capability to deliver complex, high-value solutions on an international scale.
2015
  • Awarded the E&I construction of the Abu Dhabi Airport fuel depot, managed by ADNOC, with a project value of 2 Million AED, highlighting our expertise in large-scale, critical infrastructure projects.
2016
  • Our Contracting Division achieved ADNOC prequalification, reinforcing our credibility and trusted partnership in the oil and gas sector.
  • We successfully executed a pilot wellhead project for ADNOC valued at 1.5 Million AED, and delivered a Solar Thermal project in Jebel Ali for Unilever, marking a significant step in sustainable energy solutions.
2017
  • A three year Electrical Maintenance Contract with ENOC, valued at 2.8 Million AED, showcased our capability to deliver consistent, high-quality service over the long term.
2018
  • Secured the ENOC HTL EPC contract, valued at 2.9 Million AED, underscoring our capability in delivering high-quality engineering projects.
  • We also signed an exclusive agency agreement with Flexim, a global leader in non-intrusive, clamp-on ultrasonic flow measurement technology.
2019
  • Our Oman operations kicked off, marking a major step in regional growth and strengthening our presence across the GCC.
  • We also signed an agency agreement with Teledyne, enhancing our portfolio with cutting-edge instrumentation and measurement solutions
2020
  • The Duqm Refinery project, Oman became a milestone in our expanding footprint in large-scale energy projects.
  • TRADINCO Calibration Test Bench orders were successfully executed through Petrofac for ADNOC Offshore facilities, with a total value of 5 Million AED, reflecting our trusted expertise in precision solutions.
2021
  • The Wellhead Upgrade Project, valued at 4 Million AED was awarded with CPECC for ADNOC Onshore, highlighting our expertise and reliability in delivering high-value, complex engineering solutions.
2022
  • Our Manufacturing and Integration Division officially started, marking a major step in expanding our capabilities.
  • We successfully secured two analytical integration projects from ADNOC, valued at 2.2 Million AED, and were awarded the Habshan 0 Switchgear Project, worth 14 Million AED, reinforcing our reputation for delivering high-value, complex solutions.
2023
  • Our operations in KSA kicked off through joint venture Al Amaal Group, marking a significant step in our regional expansion and commitment to serving clients across the Gulf.
2024
  • Secured a total of 50 million AED in contracting awards across the UAE and Oman, marking a landmark year for growth and trust.
  • In our Analytical Division, projects worth 4.5 Million AED were awarded, reflecting our continued expertise in delivering advanced, high-value engineered solutions.
2025
  • Celebrated 15 years of operations, growing from a single‑division startup to a multi‑sector engineering and integration company with 305+ professionals across four countries.
  • Completed the ADNOC Habshan‑0 brownfield switchgear upgrade with zero shutdown and 450,464 man‑hours without LTI in a live operating environment.
  • Delivered a major Offshore Deck Module Gas Lift project for Saudi Aramco, achieving 361,500 man hours without LTI across full site execution and commissioning.
