Delivered in collaboration with Weel & Sandvig, this milestone project strengthens environmental compliance and supports smarter, more sustainable operations in Oman’s energy sector.
EXPERTS E&I has completed the implementation of a Predictive Emission Monitoring System (PEMS) for Daleel Petroleum in Oman.
The project was executed in collaboration with Weel & Sandvig, a trusted partner in advanced emissions monitoring technologies. The system was developed to provide continuous estimation and reporting of gas turbine emissions, helping the operator meet environmental reporting requirements with a practical and reliable digital solution.
The scope included engineering, model development, system configuration, validation, and reporting. By combining predictive analytics with domain expertise, the solution delivers detailed emissions reports and improved visibility into plant performance, while reducing the operational complexity associated with traditional monitoring approaches.
The successful delivery reflects the close coordination between all project stakeholders and EXPERTS E&I’s continued focus on applying engineering and digital technologies to solve real operational and environmental challenges in the energy sector.
Early feedback from the client has been highly positive. In reviewing the initial emissions reports, Jack Strong, Gas Turbine Specialist, commented:
“The report is organized, detailed, and fulfils the requirements. Thank you for the excellent work that has gone into the report. We look forward to further improvements and enhancements in the future.”
This feedback underscores the project team’s commitment to delivering solutions that are technically robust, clearly documented, and aligned with client expectations.
The completion of this project further strengthens EXPERTS E&I’s capabilities in environmental compliance, process analytics, and automation, and reinforces the company’s role as a trusted partner for sustainable and future-ready energy operations across the region.
